3. Return or exchange is only applicable if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

4. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

5. A proof of damage or wrong product received is required. Please provide an unboxing video while opening the package to claim a refund or replacement.

HOK Makeup has the authority to cancel the order or the item(s) anytime if found a matter of question. In case of cancellation, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours for the prepaid orders.
