Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a replacement/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUND/EXCHANGE IS ONLY APPLICABLE IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR A WRONG PRODUCT

  2. Provide us with proper pictures of the product you have received along with the picture of the invoice.
  3. The customer should ship the product to the address mentioned on the bill. We will generate a exchange/refund request once we receive the products

In case of payment refund the paid amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund in 7-10 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank with the transaction id provided by us, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
