  1. What is HOK?
A: HOK is an online shopping service for the makeup products.  It is is the easiest way to buy international makeup brands in India. Shop for exclusive makeup products from L.A Girl, Makeup Revolution, Freedom Cosmetics, Makeup Academy, L.A colors, and much more. 
HOK only sells 100% genuine products sourced directly from the brands.
  1. When can I receive my product?

A: The products will be delivered within 4-5 working days of placing the order. We offer free shipping for all the orders above Rs.500. If ordered product value is less than Rs.500 then Rs.100 delivery charges will be applied. For all Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, Rs.100 will be charged.

  1. How can I sign up for a HOK account?

A: Signing up is really simple.

-Click on "create an account" on top of the website.
- Fill your email id and password
- Sign Up.
  1. How can I cancel my order?

A: If you have any query regarding the cancellation of the order placed, then drop an email to support@hokmakeup.com within 3 days of placing an order.

  1. What’s the return and replacement policy?

A: If you want to Return or replace products then drop an email at support@hokmakeup.com within 3 days of delivery date. If you receive any damaged products we will be happy to replace it for you. We will replace the damaged item within 3-4 days after verifying the image of your damage product. Products with expiration date under two months are eligible for replacement and the two months will start from the date of delivery. The refund of the returned product will be done only after we receive the product.

  1. Can I ship the products to an address that is different from billing address?

A: Yes, you surely can have different billing and shipping address. Fill in your address as the billing address and address on which you want shipping as “Shipping address”.

  1. How do I know that my order is confirmed?

A: When you confirm your order after payment process, the page will appear with your order ID. You will also receive the confirmation email from HOK regarding your order and all the details.

  1. Can I leave items in my shopping bag for future purchase?
A: Yes, You can add your favourite products to your Wishlist for future purchase purpose. The availability of products in wishlist may differ from time to time in respect to stock of that product on the store.
  1. Do I have to have an account to place an order at HOK?
A: No, It’s not necessary to have an account to make a purchase. You can also order products without creating HOK account.
