Stay close to your lash line, then start from the inner corner and work your way toward the outer corner. Extend outward to create a wing as desired. Once applied, try smudging with a dense smudging brush (sold separately) to create an effortlessly smoky look. For a more graphic and extravagant look, apply as an eye shadow on the upper eyelid, first by outlining then filling in the shape. This product takes about 30 seconds to dry and seal. For the best and most precise application possible, always sharpen the eyeliner with a pencil sharpener before use
